In Khirol village of Amadi union of Koyra police station in Khulna district, allegations of land grabbing and fighting were reported against Babu, Raihan, Marufa Khatun, Sohail, Mizan Moral, Jalil Moral, Kamrul.

It is learnt from the complaint and plaintiff sources that District Khulna, Thana Koyra, Mouja Khirol JLA No. 122 Hal No. 15. SA Khatian No. 101 then 101/1 HAL BRS Khatian No. 266 then No. 417 SA Dag 481, 448, 405, 407, 409 and Hal 1533, 1523 Dag.

Inheritance and Buy have been obtained from the land and while they are occupying it in peace and enjoyment by constructing seaman and fence there, the above defendants have been cutting the boundary of the said property at various times and causing damage. Last 16.04.2024 at 7/7.30 in the morning, the defendants forcibly entered my land and started constructing a new road.

When I stopped them, they started beating me. When the local people came, they left and threatened to see how you live. I filed a complaint at the Koyra Police Station and filed a case in the Koyra Upazila Nirbahi Magistrate's Court bearing the number MR 29/2024 for forcibly dispossessing the land.

When we visited the land, the local neighbors Anjuara and Sakhina said that since the marriage, we have been seeing that the land is being occupied by the plaintiffs, ie plaintiffs, and they are cultivating fish. A few days ago, when the above-mentioned defendants came to occupy the land by force, when the plaintiff resisted, they beat the plaintiff and left.

Regarding the complaint, the defendant Babu said on the phone that the complaint against me and us is completely false. The defendant called Marufa several times but the defendant did not receive the calls. In this regard, Koyra Thana and Upazila Nirbahi Court found the truth of the complaint.
