Railway Minister and Member of Parliament for Rajbari-2 Constituency heroic freedom fighter Md. Zillul Hakim said that the biggest railway repair factory will be built in Rajbari district.

With the construction of this repair factory, Rajbari district will again be known as a railway city.

He said this in reply to questions from journalists after a view exchange exchange meeting with heads of various government departments at the Deputy Commissioner's office on Saturday.

The Railway Minister said that under the direction of Prime Minister, all the closed railways are being re-opened. Every district is being brought under the rail network. The railway will get back its heritage.

In response to a question of the journalists about the recovery of the land occupied by the railway in Rajbari, the railway minister said, "I spoke to the senior officials of the railway today about this. They said that not only the land of the railway, but also the quarters of the railway have been occupied." They have been strictly instructed to recover these occupied lands and quarters.

Regarding arson, the railway minister said, those who are carrying out arson activities are the so-called political terrorists. Its fire is causing loss of people's lives by terrorists. You can't go to power by burning people but they are destroying the politics by burning people and destroying the national wealth. The people will not support it in any way and they will never be able to gain political advantage if they carry out such activities.

The railway minister said that the Bhanga-Jesore railway will be opened and two trains will be reduced on the Rajbari routeSundarban and Benapole Express trains will then pass through that route. But I will discuss with his previous honorable Prime Minister and arrangements will be made to provide new trains on Rajbari route. However, I cannot say now whether the railway division office will be in Rajbari. But I will try to make a division office in Rajbari.

Deputy Commissioner Abu Qaiser Khan, District Police Superintendent G. M. Abul Kalam Azad, Mayor of Rajbari Municipality Alamgir Sheikh Titu, Mayor of Goalando Municipality Nazrul Islam Mandal and heads of all departments of the district were present on the occasion.
