Barisal Reporters Unity : President Anishur Rahman Khan Swapan, Secretary Khalid Saifullah

A 11-member committee of Barishal Reporters' Unity was announced after the Annual General Meeting held at the organization's office on Saturday.
Anisur Rahman Khan and Khaikd Saifullah have been elected President and General Secretary respectively of the organisation.
Other office -bearers are : Vice President Bashir Ahmed (Bangladesh Bulletin Twenty-four), Joint General Secretary Russell Hossain (Dakhin Time), Treasurer Nuruzzaman (Barisal Paper), and Office and Publicity Secretary Ziaul Karim Minar (Ittefaq) were elected to the committee.
Nazrul Biswas (Channel S), Mithun Saha (Baishakhi Television), Morjina Begum (Barishal Betar) and Tanmoy Tapu (Nagrik TV) have been elected as executive members.
Nazrul Biswas presided over the AGM of BRU. Mithun Saha presented the annual report.
