Bangabandhu's 104th birth anniv, National Children's Day celebrated in Kishoreganj

The 104th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the National Children's Day were celebrated in a colorful event in Kishoreganj of Nilphamari with the motto "Following the dreams of Bangabandhu, we will bring laughter to everyone's homes".
On Sunday morning, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's 104th birth anniversary was celebrated by cutting a cake in the Upazila Parishad hall.
On the occasion of the celebration of the day, the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day, the day begins with the hoisting of the national flag in all educational institutions, government, semi-government and autonomous institutions.
At ten o'clock in the morning, wreath-laying of the portrait of the father of the nation, discussion meeting, award distribution and cultural program were held.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer MM Ashik Reza was present in the meeting, Upazila Parishad Chairman Shah Md Abul Kalam Bari Pilot, Upazila Awami League President Freedom Fighter Zakir Hossain Babul, Upazila Agriculture Officer Lokman Alam, Bangabandhu Parishad President Fazlar Rahman, Upazila Primary Education Officer Noor Mohammad, police station officer in-charge Palash Chandra Mandal, freedom fighter Habibur Rahman Habul along with chief officers of various departments of upazila administration, teachers-students of educational institutions and officials-employees of various autonomous institutions were present.
