Attorney General Asaduzzaman in Ctg : Journalists involved in genocide, crimes against humanity to be tried

Attorney General of Bangladesh Mohammad Asaduzzaman said that journalists or anyone else involved in genocide and crimes against humanity will be tried according to the law.

It is important to remember that journalists have long arms but the law has longer arms and the arms of the state are longer. He said this while interacting with journalists at Chittagong Press Club on Wednesday afternoon.

Mohammad Asaduzzaman said, a special group, a special community and a special state are running propaganda against the state to destroy communal harmony. But this nation has united again in return for the blood of martyred advocate Saiful Islam Alif. If we are united in this way, all conspiracies will be foiled.

Attorney General Mohammad Asaduzzaman said that there are false cases under various pretexts, he does not deny it. However, unlike the previous fascist government, the state or the police are not doing this case. Rather, the government has decided that a case does not mean an arrest. After the investigation and verification, the real criminals will be caughtWe have left the door of justice open for all. Regarding the killing of Chittagong advocate Saiful Islam Alif and the arrest of Sanatani Jagran Manch leader Chimmoy Bahmachari in the ISKCON attack, Mohammad Asaduzzaman said that he is involved in a big conspiracy. As the complaint is serious, action will be taken subject to investigation.
