Asha transporting potatoes by truck, mahindra to cold storage, extensive damage to road in Louhajong

Asha is transporting potatoes by truck-mini truck and Mahindra by waterway from various places on the Padma River in Gaondia Bazar, Ward No. 1 of Gaondia Union of Louhajang Upazila of Munshiganj.
Locals complained that light vehicles ply this road all year round, but if potato trucks and Mahindras ply like this, the road will become impassable in a few days. We want to demand from the administration that the road be protected as much as possible.
On the spot it was seen that Asha was transporting potatoes by truck-mini truck and Mahindra by waterway from various places on the west side of Gaondia Bazar of Gaondia Union of Louhajang Upazila on the night of Saturday (March 7).
The brick-paved road is being dug up at various places by these trucks-mini trucks and Mahindras, causing extensive damage to the government road. As a result, dust has been seen entering grocery stores, raw vegetable shops, milk vendors and various shops as they pass over Gaondia market. And the branches of fruit trees on both sides of the road are being broken by the trucks, and many are even complaining that they cannot sleep due to the noise pollution from the transport at night. We want relief from this situation.
The locals expressed their anger and said that this road is the busiest road for thousands of people of Haridia, Shamsur Bari, Gaondia and Palagaon villages, where these potatoes are being transported 24 hours a day. Most of the people in our Gaondia market are always shopping in the market. They also said that these trucks and Mahindras have left the brick-paved road from Gaondia school to Mridha Bari through the market in a bad condition. The situation has worsened due to the transportation of potatoes.
Louhajang Upazila Engineering Officer Shoaib Bin Azad said, the road has been damaged due to the movement of trucks, mini trucks and Mahindra heavy vehicles in the process of transporting potatoes by boat to the local cold storage.
Louhajang UNO Nesar Uddin said, I will send people to look into the matter and take action.
