Allegations against Union Assistant Land Officer in Koyra

Allegations of various irregularities have been received against Assistant Land Officer and Office Assistant of Maharajpur Union of Koyra Upazila in Khulna District.
The name of the Assistant Land Officer is Md Rafiqul Islam and the name of the other person is Abdul Quddus.
According to the complaint of the victim Nurul Huda, on 01/08/2023 Fahima Khatun was the plaintiff and a case was filed in the learned Executive Magistrate Court, Koyra against 3 people including which number is MR-114/2023.
The court referred the case to Union Assistant Land Officer, Maharajpur Union for investigation. But the Union Assistant Land Officer filed a completely false report against me without going to the spot which has no basis. Because I am in possession of the said land land through auction in 1981 with the peaceful cultivation of the government revenue and despite having fully valid documents of the said land, the defendants biased the investigation report against me through Abdul Quddus. The victim Nurul Huda also said that Fahima and her husband Monirul filed civil and criminal cases against me and my family.
In this regard, Maharajpur Union (Acting) Chairman Yusuf Ali said over the phone, many people came to me and complained verbally against the Assistant Land Officer and abdul kuddus, but no one made a written complaint.
In this regard, Union Assistant Land Officer Rafiqul Islam said over the phone that the allegations against me are completely baseless and untrue. He also said that nowadays everything is done online, there is no chance of bribery and corruption and the office assistant named Abdul Quddus is not from my office.
When asked why all the work was done by Quddus if there is no one from the office, he said that Quddus was kept because there were no people here to clean the papers and office. Moreover, Quddus is experienced.
Koyra Executive Officer (Acting) BM Tariq Uz Zaman said over the phone, if a written complaint is received in this regard, action will be taken after investigation.
