All school textbooks to be distributed by 10 March: Adviser Wahiduddin

Outgoing education adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud on Wednesday said all school children will get their textbooks by 10 March.
Wahiduddin made the announcement while handing over his office to new Education Adviser Professor CR Abrar at a programme at education ministry office in the capital.
From now, Wahiduddin would serve only as the planning adviser.
At the event, he also announced a raise in different allowances for MPO-listed schools from Eid-ul-Azha. A dedicated fund is also under development for providing retirement benefits and welfare allowance to the teachers, the outgoing education adviser said.
