AL protest march against BNP-Jamat arson attack, blockade in Kalapara

A protest march and road meeting was held at the initiative of upazila Awami League in Kalapara of Patuakhali against BNP-Jamaat arson attack, anarchy, strike-blockade. Leaders of upazila Awami League and allied organizations participated in the protest march led by the local parliament member principal Md. Mohibbur Rahman on Friday night.
With the slogan 'Kalapara soil is Sheikh Hasina's base, Kalapara soil is boat base', the protest procession went around the main road of the city and ended in front of the party office. A short meeting was addressed by the local member of parliament Md. Mohibbur Rahman Mohib.
MP Muhib said in the road meeting, 'Awami League and all its allied organizations leaders and workers should be united on the streets to face the fire terror and anarchy of Jamaat-BNP on the instructions of Sheikh Hasina, daughter of Bangabandhu.
To protect the continuity of democracy and development, Deshratno Sheikh Hasina must be elected as Prime Minister again. So wherever there is BNP Jamaat arson attack, anarchy there is resistance.'
