In the light of uniform criteria for special contribution to maintaining law and order, Abdullah Al Mamun, Officer-in-Charge of Kishoreganj Model Police Station, has been selected as the best OC of Kishoreganj district.

He has been selected and awarded as the best OC of Kishoreganj District Police considering his performance in the month of December 2024. It is to be noted that he was also selected as the best OC of the district in November last year.

Last Thursday (January 16) at 11 am, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Hasan Chowdhury announced the name of OC of Kishoreganj Model Police Station, Abdullah Al Mamun, as the best OC of the district for special contribution to maintaining law and order.

At that time, he presented a crest and gift to Abdullah Al Mamun as an award in the light of uniform criteria across the country.

Senior officers of the district police and officers-in-charge of various police stations were present at the monthly welfare meeting.

In a reaction after being awarded as the best officer-in-charge (OC) of the district, Abdullah Al Mamun, OC of Kishoreganj Model Police Station, said, "I express my gratitude to the worthy Superintendent of Police of Kishoreganj District, Mohammad Hasan Chowdhury Sir, for selecting me as the best OC of the district for my special contribution to maintaining law and order."

He also said, "I also express my gratitude to the Additional Superintendent of Police in charge of Kishoreganj Sadar Circle, senior police officers of the district and all the officers of Kishoreganj Model Police Station who have supported me in this success."
