A youth was stabbed to death in Brahmanpara Cumilla

The miscreants killed a young man named Shafiullah (18) in Brahmanpara Sadar by hitting him with a 9-bladed knife. The incident took place last Thursday night near South Brahmanpara Khanka Sharif of Sadar.
According to local residents and local sources, Sanaullah, the younger son of Ershad Mia, a dubbing seller, had an argument with Hriday, the son of Zahirul Islam of the same area, over a cricket bat. At one point, Hriday slapped Sanaullah. When Sanaullah's elder brother Safiullah came to know about this with a few people, 7-8 boys led by Hridiya threw at Shafiullah standing and hit various parts of his stomach with Ujupuri and Shafiullah fell down on the ground.
The local people rescued Shafiullah from the spot and took him to Brahmanpara Health Complex. After seeing his condition deteriorating, the doctor on duty sent him to Cumilla Medical College Hospital. After being taken to Cumilla Medical College Hospital, the doctor on duty declared Shafiullah dead. This has created a sensation in the area.
In this matter Ershad Mia, the father of the dead Safiullah, said, "My innocent son was killed in a planned way by Hridiya and his associates with a knife. I want a fair trial for him."
In this regard, Brahmanpara Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Delwar Hossain said that Safiullah died in Comilla Medical College Hospital while undergoing treatment.
I immediately visited the spot after hearing about the incident and efforts are on to arrest the accused.
