290 more people arrested for recent violence

As part of nationwide drives, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested 290 people from different parts of the country, including Dhaka, in connection with the recent violence over Quota Reform Movement.
ANM Imran Khan, assistant director (ASP) of the Legal and Media Wing of RAB, said out of 290, 71 were arrested in Dhaka, while the rest from outside Dhaka in the last 24 hours till Saturday morning.
