24 killed in massive blaze at gaming zone in India

At least twenty-four people were killed after a massive fire erupted at a gaming zone in Rajkot (Gujarat) of India, on Saturday evening.
Multiple fire tenders were dispatched to the scene, and efforts are ongoing to extinguish the blaze. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, reports Hindustan Times.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief at the incident. He posted on X, "Extremely distressed by the fire mishap in Rajkot. My thoughts are with all those who have lost their loved ones. Prayers for the injured. The local administration is working to provide all possible assistance to those affected."

Speaking about the incident, CM Bhupendra Patel said Rs. 4 lakh will be provided to the families of the deceased and Rs. 50 thousand will be given to the injured.
Bhupendra Patel has also instructed the municipal corporation and the administration for immediate rescue and relief operations in the fire incident.
