19 arrested including 3 in special operation arrested in Rajshahi city

In Rajshahi Metropolis, a total of 19 individuals were arrested in operations conducted by the Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) and Detective Branch (DB) police, including three in a special operation.
Over the past 24 hours on Saturday, a special operation was carried out in various parts of the metropolis, resulting in the arrest of three individuals on charges related to attacks during the anti-discrimination student movement, causing explosions, terrorist activities, and other crimes. Additionally, RMP operations led to the arrest of 16 others, including 8 with active warrants, 4 in drug-related cases, and 4 in other cases.
The three individuals arrested in the special operation are Awami League activists Md. Mostafa Golam (40), Md. Selim Parvez (45), and Sabbir Hossain alias Md. Sabbir Ahmed (29). Mostafa Golam is the son of the late Jan Mohammad from Uttar Nawdapara under Shahmakhdum Thana, Selim is the son of Abdul Momin from Mahaldarpara under the same thana, and Sabbir is the son of Md. Serajul Islam from Bilnepalpara under Karnahar Thana.
Legal action has been taken against the arrested individuals.
