Md. Shakil Ahmed, Bamna (Barguna) 

A representatives' conference was held to gather grassroots leaders’ and activists’ opinions for candidate selection of Islami Andolan Bangladesh in the Barguna-2 constituency ( Bamna, Patharghata, and Betagi) for the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary election.

Supporters of Islami Andolan Bangladesh from the Barguna-2 Constituency  organized a colorful rally, which paraded through the main roads of the upazila and concluded with a discussion meeting at the Asmatunnesa Pilot Secondary Girls’ School auditorium  at 10:30 am on Tuesday.

The event was presided over by Mufti Mizanur Rahman Kasemi, President of Islami Andolan Bangladesh Barguna District and Convener of the 13th National Election Steering Committee, Barguna District.

The chief guest was Maulana A. B. M. Zakaria, Central Secretary for Women and Family Welfare Affairs, Islami Andolan Bangladesh.
Special guests included Vice Principal Maulana Sirajul Islam, Central Organizational Secretary (Barisal Division) of Islami Andolan Bangladesh, and Maulana Md. Al Amin, Central Organizational Secretary of Islami Jubo Andolan Bangladesh.
