Islamic University (IU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sheikh Abdus Salam at 11 am on Tuesday got a message on WhatsApp saying that if a woman was given a job, she will give Tk 10 lakh .

Later, Acting Registrar of the University HM Ali Hasan made a general diary at IU Police Station to take action in this regard whose GD No. 1021. The officer in charge of IU police station confirmed the matter of GD. Mamun Rahman.

According to the GD, this Tuesday morning, a girl named Mithi from mobile number 01712-284227 and unknown mobile number 01885-924180 sent a message to the vice-chancellor requesting a job for Rs 10 lakh.

From the said number, the girl insisted on talking to the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor on telephone. The Honorable Vice-Chancellor did not want to talk and sent a message. If the girl discloses the matter through social media, it will defame the Honorable Vice-Chancellor. In this case, it is absolutely necessary to keep the above matter in the general diary for future.

It can be seen in the screenshot of the message sent by Mithi to the vice-chancellor that Sir took 10 lakh sweets. No one will know it except you and me. I really don't have anyone there please sir the job is very needed.

Accused Mithi said in this regard, I did not give such a message. My ID may have been hacked. I am a poor man. We don't have that much money.

In this regard, the vice-chancellor of the university. Sheikh Abdus Salam said, it is the work of a vested circle. There is a group here. They want to trap us by doing this. A diary has been made at the police station for now. Law enforcement agencies will look into the matter.
