'Shukrana ' Doa Mahfil held i on acquittal of Jamaat leader ATM Azharul Islam in Jaldhaka

A 'Shukrana 'and Doa Mahfil was held in Jaldhaka, Nilphamari on the occasion of the acquittal of former acting secretary general of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami ATM Azharul Islam on Wednesday evening.
A Doa Mahfil was organized at the Upazila Jamaat office Al Falah. Under the chairmanship of Ameer Maulana Mozammel Haque of Jaldhaka Municipality Jamaat-e-Islami, the municipal secretary Maulana Apiar Rahman was present as the chief guest.
The chief guest said, "An attempt is being made to kill Azhar's brother through judicial clique. The central leadership of Jamaat has killed 5 top leaders. Fascist Hasina's aim was not to destroy Jamaat but to exterminate the Islamic movement. But Allah's plan was different. We pray that Allah grants him Hayate Tayyiba and his contribution to the Islamic movement is further strengthened."
He also said that when the full verdict is published, it will be proven that the leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami against whom the death sentence has been issued are also innocent like Azharul Islam. They expressed hope that this oppression will end through the establishment of an Islamic state system in Bangladesh, God willing. Maulana Obaidullah Salafi, the leader of the Jaldhaka Mati and Mansur, spoke as the main discussant. Jaldhaka Upazila Ameer Mr. Mokhlesur Rahman Master, Upazila Nayeb Ameer Kamaruzzaman, Upazila Secretary Mozammar Al Hasan and Shibir District President Tajmul Hasan Sagar among others spoke as special guests at the event. Prayers and supplications were offered for Azharul Islam's good health and long life.
