Due to the unprecedented advancement in information and communication technology the entire world today has become a single village. Information and communication technology has brought the distance to the eye. Along with this possible has done the impossible in various fields. Information and communication technology is the main tool of all development activities in the world.

A nation that is more proficient in information technology is better off overall. In addition to being prepared to face the challenges of the present modern century there is no alternative to information technology. If we want to strengthen and shine our position in the world court in science and technology. The main reason for this is that both the opportunities and challenges of this modern century revolve around this modern information technology. As a result of the World Village the world is getting smaller with the advancement of modern communication systems and the convenience of faster communication. We can now instantly know what is happening any where in the world within a very short period of time. As a result of globalization the countries of the world seem like a combination of village families.

Through they share their happiness and sorrow side by side like neighbours. If a country is in trouble then neighboring countries are quick to come to its aid. We are able to reach our feelings to people from different parts of the world in a short period of time. Due to this global real-time communication facility the world is compared to a village. That is why today's world is called "Global Village". In this era of globalization the information and communication technology is the main tool of development. Globalization The process of bringing all people into the overall community has become easier through this tool of information and communication technology. Globalization is the process of intensification of global social relations through this tool of information communication technology. In that sense a global village is a social or cultural system through information and communication technology where people from all over the world live in a single society.

Apart from this they can easily exchange their thoughts, experiences, culture and provide services to each other. As a result a bond of mutual good relations and cooperation is created between all the people of all the countries of the world. Due to advancements in information technology and proper use of internet the world today is becoming smaller like a village. People from different parts of the world are creating social, political, economic, educational-research opportunities with each other as a result of communication through various apps through the current modern information and communication technology. The creation of the ICT World Village mainly through electronic technology has led to a growing global development. The components of establishing a global village include hardware or computer related equipment, programs or software, human resources, data or information, internet connectivity, etc. "Global Village" is almost impossible without internet connectivity.

The Internet, consisting of many interconnected computer networks spread across the globe has made the concept of a global village a reality today. By the using of information technology through electronic media, people from different parts of the world can easily exchange their thoughts, experiences, culture, etc., as well as provide services to each other. The main reason behind the creation of the World Village is the phenomenal development of information and communication technology. The process of connecting the world began in the early colonial era with the establishment of telegraph lines around the world.

Internet based communication is now the most important communication medium in the world in modern era. Globalization is not a narrow concept but a multidimensional process. Its manifestation is also diverse. Therefore the direct participation of different types of forces in the development of globalization is also evident. The development of information and communication technology, changes in global travel and communication systems have strengthened the mutual proximity of world civilizations and societies. As a result of this globalization process has been accelerated. The positive potential of globalization has had an important impact on the entire mankind. Globalization is an essential conviction arising from the necessity of mankind. In the evolution of time there has been a great change in people's taste mentality. In addition to this, human demand and prevalence have increased manifold. This demand is not possible to be fulfilled by a small society. All this has been successfully accomplished only by the development of information and communication technology.

The scope, depth, speed and impact of social relations and exchanges worldwide today are constantly increasing thanks to the information and communication technology tools of globalization. One of the most significant positive potentials of globalization is that it enables instant and effective communication with any where at low cost. Phenomenal advances in information and communication technology have resulted in reduction of wastage of manpower, increase in efficiency and speed of work.

Business and trade are expanding manifold. As a result of which transactions have become easier. As global production increased, international trade and capital flows increased massively. In the last four to five decades Asian countries have achieved tremendous growth in selling their products in the global market. Meanwhile in terms of global communication getting people's health and advanced medical care has become easier than ever. The standard of living has improved. The whole world has come to hand. Both good and bad effects are observed in the society today as a result of "Global Village. So we all have to master the good aspects of globalization to lead a beautiful and comfortable life along with the development of the entire world.

Only then will "Global Village" become known as a happy and beautiful village. That is why we need to use information and communication technology. This is the most important tool of globalization and only for human welfare. We can maintain the true values of globalization if we always use the positive aspects of information and communication technology for human welfare. We must avoid the negative aspects of information and communication technology for a beautiful and well-planned globalized future. Only then will future globalization be well-planned and secure.

Now the most discussed and important topic in the world is information and communication technology. Therefore if a country wants to strengthen and shine its position in the world in knowledge, science and technology, there is no alternative to developing information technology. Information technology will revolutionize education, economic and social development as well as guiding future generations to lead global development. The huge contribution of information technology in all arenas of globalization has constantly created new economic sectors with potential. We have to be more diligent and motivated to face the challenge of sustaining this success in the coming days.
