Workshop on 'E-Return Filing' held at DU

A 3-day workshop titled 'Practical Income Tax and E-Return Filing', jointly organized by the Department of Banking and Insurance, Dhaka University and the Dhaka University MTM Alumni Association, has started on Saturday at the Professor Dr. Abdullah Faruk Multipurpose Conference Hall of the MBA Building.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Chairman of the Department of Banking and Insurance. Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies, Prof Dr. Mahmud Osman Imam and Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Bangladesh Bank, Dr. Ikhtiaruddin Md. Mamun spoke as special guests. The main coordinator of the workshop, Prof Dr. Abdullah Al Mahmud, delivered the welcome speech. President of Dhaka University MTM Alumni Association, Mustafa Ishtiaq Ahmed, proposed the vote of thanks.
