There are students in the madrasa on paper but in reality there are no students. Most madrasas do not have houses, which is dilapidated.

It is alleged that since the announcement of the nationalization of all these independent Ibtedayi madrasas, the broker syndicate has been collecting Tk 1 lakh per Madrasa in Amtali-Taltali. After the trap of the broker, the teachers of the madrasa are paying for the nationalization of the job. The broker demanded action against the cycle quickly.

It is reported that in Amtali and Taltali upazilas, 500 names have been sent to the Upazila Secondary Education Officer Oli Ahad Barguna District Education Office. It is alleged that the money has been traded in making this list. There are 3 Ibtedayi madrasas in Amtali and 3 in Taltali. Of these, the number of distinct madrasas in two upazilas is only six. These madrasas are East Chila Hasania, Madhya Patakata Amandia, North Gopkhali, Mohammadpur Mahmudia Nachpara, Kutubpur Israelia and Taltali Majidia Independent Ibtedayi Madrasa.

The madrasa received six grants, but no student has been brought to the madrasa in the last two years. Teachers are showing students on paper. In reality no student can be found. Occasionally, the teachers also signed the sub -sector at the madrasa and left the booklet. Locals complained that I never saw the students and teachers coming to these madrasas. The house is always locked. There are houses, it is also dilapidated. Besides, most of the madrasas are not existed in the non -donated madrasas, the students are far away. He has appointed teachers to pick up the houses of those madrasas in the 21st.

The search revealed that the students were shown in the paper in the name of these madrasas in the Upazila Secondary Education Office. There are 5,700 students in 5 madrasas in Amtali and 5,700 students in the Taltali madrasa. But in reality there are no students in any madrasa except two madrasas. It is alleged that the Upazila Secondary Education Office Authority has sent a list of three madrasas in Amtali and 5 madrasas in Taltali in the Barguna District Education Office. On January 26, the government announced the nationalization of the Independent Ibtedayi Madrasa. They are raising Tk 1 lakh to Tk 1 lakh per madrassa in the name of nationalization of madrasas. The brokers' statement gives money quickly, otherwise the list of madrasas will not be named in the nationalization list. Those who pay the money will be nationalized in the previous list. Money will be paid to various government offices. Otherwise it will not be nationalized.

Some teachers, who are reluctant to be named, said that the brokers are demanding Tk 1 lakh per madrassa from each teacher. In the meantime, several teachers have also given money to the brokers.

On Monday, the madrasa of Amtali upazila, Kutubpur Israelia, Madrasa, Md. But it is difficult to say how long ago the students came to these madrasas.

Ghulam Kibria, the Ibtedayi chief of the independent madrasa in Kutubpur, said, "I have not yet received the book." So I can't take classes. Gojkhali Tasauf, the number 1 on the non -donated list, has no building of the separate madrasa. Local Noor Jamal, Safiqullah and Abid said, there are no buildings, no students. But we do not know how the name was on the list? The list contains buildings in the Charkhali separate madrasa. But there are no students. Local Abdur Rab, Oli Ullah, Mohad Ullah, Rabia and Nasima Begum said that Razzaq Mridha built a madrasa house on the canal five years ago. But no student came in any day. Now listening will start again. No. 5 Hat Chunakhali does not exist in a distinct madrasa. Local Mostafa Madbar said engineer Elias Mia had made the madrasa. But the buildings and students have nothing. West Kawabunia Mujahidea, No. 4, North Kaunia, No. 4, Kaunia Independent Ibtedayi Madrasa does not exist. Locals said that in the last 20 years, I have not seen any madrasa in this name. Gabtali, the east of Taltali, does not exist at the unique Ibtedayi madrasa. After the announcement of the nationalization, the name of the madrasa is on the list.

Maulana Alauddin, president of the teachers' association of the Independent Ibtedayi Madrasa of Amtali Upazila, denied the money and said, "I have given a list of the Upazila Secondary Education Officer. Why did you give the name of the madrasa with no students? Without answering such questions, he cut off the phone line.

Amtali Upazila Secondary Education Officer Office Assistant Anwar Hossain said many madrasas do not exist. Still, we have to list under various pressure. However, Amtali Upazila Education Officer Oli Ahad was contacted by cellphone but he did not catch the phone.

Barguna District Education Officer Md. Jasim Uddin said the list has been sent so the list has been sent. But he could not answer any question as to why the name of the madrasa was sent to the list. However, when asked about the list of money transactions, he said legal action would be taken if the complaint was received.

Amtali Upazila Executive Officer (acting) Tarek Hassan said that strict action will be taken if the irregularities are discussed with the secondary education officer.

Barguna Deputy Commissioner Md. Safiul Alam said, the ministry did not want any list. Necessary measures will be taken on the search.
