Public relations ahead of memorial meet of BNP leader Ripon Talukder in Sandwip

Sandwip Upazila and Municipality BNP and its affiliated organizations are going to hold a condolence and memorial meeting at the poet Abdul Hakim Auditorium to pay tribute to the death of late Ahsanul Kabir Ripon Talukder, a member of Chittagong North District BNP and former convener of Sandwip Municipality BNP on June 14.
To make the memorial meeting successful, leaders of Sandwip Municipality BNP and affiliated organizations held public relations at various markets of Sandwip Municipality on June 11.
At 11 am, the public meeting was held first at Sandwip 10-bed hospital intersection, then in the former Talukder Market area, Nazir Sahko, Tulatoli, Baten Market and Nazir Hat. During the public meeting, Upazila BNP joint convener Azmat Ali Bahadur, Municipality BNP member secretary Abul Bashar GS, Municipality BNP joint convener S.M Mahbubul Alam Shimul, former commissioner Nazim Uddin respectively spoke at various street meetings. Among others, Municipal BAP joint convener Saifur Rahman Shamim, Zaker Hossain Bipul, former student leader Air Bangla Anwar, Md. Aflatun, Jubo Dal leader Md. Absar, Md. Mizanur Rahman, Md. Lalon and about a hundred leaders from various levels were present.
In their speech, the speakers urged everyone to be present on time to honor the political contribution and memory of Ahsanul Kabir Ripon, a clean and transparent politician and prominent social philanthropist.
