National Youth Day celebrated in Bauphal

National Youth Day was celebrated in Bauphal of Patuakhali with slogan of "Efficient youth will build the country, Bangladesh without discrimination".
A rally was organized by the Upazila Youth Development Office at around 10 am on Friday morning from the Upazila Square and circled the main road and ended at the same place.
After that, a discussion meeting, recitation of the oath, payment of travel allowance to the trainees and check distribution of Tk 11 lakh 60 thousand were held in the Hpazila Parishad Hall Room.
Upazila Youth Development Officer Md. Moniruzzaman was present as the chief guest in the event, Upazila Executive Officer Md. Bashir Ghazi. Among others, OC Md. Kamal Hossain, Upazila Social Service Officer Md. Moniruzzaman, Statistics Officer Md. Sabuj, representative of daily newspaper Md. Delwar Hossain, RDS director A. Khalek and other representatives of anti-discrimination student movement, members of various youth associations of upzilla and trainees were present.
