A meeting of the Upazila Law and order committee was held at the Upazila Parishad Conference Room in Katiyadi, Kishoreganj. Upazila Nirbahi Officer on Thursday.

The meeting was chaired by Maidul Islam, Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Municipal Administrator Miz Labani Akhter Tarana, Officer -in -Charge of Katiyadi Model Police Station. Mumurdia UP Chairman Alauddin Saberi, Jalalpur UP Chairman Rafiqul Alam and Lohajuri UP Chairman Nuruzzaman Iqbal, journalist Fazlul Haque Joardar Alamgir, Md. Speakers thanked the Upazila administration for regular mobile courts for stopping selling topsle from agricultural land and demanded that the mobile court proceedings be continued to stop the topsle removal.
