Killing 5 in road accident : Bus driver arrested in Munshiganj

The driver of the Golden Line Paribahan bus that hit a stationary ambulance in Nimtala, Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway—resulting in the deaths of five people—has been arrested by highway police.
The incident occurred on May 8. The driver, Faisal (45), was arrested on Tuesday around 11:30 AM from the Dhaka Medical College Hospital area and brought to Munshiganj. He is the son of Faruk from Charfassion, Bhola.
Abdul Kader Jilani, OC of the Hashara Highway Police Station, confirmed the arrest.
It mentioned that the two other accused in the case—bus supervisor Kalyan Biswas (23) and the driver’s assistant Saiful Islam Shanto (26)—were arrested on the day of the incident.
