Khagrachari's former MP Alim Ulla's purchased land occupied by neighbour

A complaint has been made against one of his neighbors for trying to take over the purchased land of Alim Ullah, former MP of Khagrachari Constituency No. 298 of Parbatya district.
According to the complaint, AKM Alim Ullah purchased the 24 decimal of land with partnership finance for his business needs which Mutation Case No. 104/82-83 and with other co-sharers existed on 8 decimal of land but when AK, M, Alim Ullah wanted to build a building by distributing the land, the other partner's son, the defendant Obaidul Haque, forcibly tried to build a fence in the middle of the night.
Due to this incident, former MP's son filed a case under section 145 in Khagrachari District Magistrate Court on 27.12.23.
On the other hand, after learning about the filing of the case, the defendant Obaidul Haque hastily bought old tin in the middle of the night and rebuilt the fence.
As the incident was immediately reported to the Ramgarh police station, SI Md. Samsul Amin rushed to the spot, he visited the spot and assured to take appropriate action against the defendant.
