Joint forces arrest 26, including top drug dealers from Mirpur

The Joint forces have arrested 26 people, including several listed top drug dealers, from the Millat Camp area adjacent to Mirpur-11 in Dhaka today.
Some of the arrestees have been identified as - Md Hafiz, Md Rabbi Gazi, Md Karim, Razia Begum, Mst Bizli, and Dipa Akhter, according to an ISPR press release.
Acting on a tip off, the joint force of the Bangladesh Army, the police, and the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) conducted a drive in the aforesaid area and arrested them.
During the operation, the joint forces seized hemp, heroin, knives, machetes, and cash from them.
The arrestees are accused in several drug cases filed with the Pallabi Police Station.
They have been handed over to the Pallabi Police for interrogation and completion of legal processes.
