International Public Service Day, is being celebrated in the country today. Every year, the day is celebrated to make everyone concerned about providing services and services. Usually the overall development of a country depends a lot on the patriotism and awareness of the service recipient and service receiver. It will be evaluated in terms of how sincere a person was in service. And it is not necessary to say that the present government is providing extensive incentives to the Republics to ensure the service. Therefore, all should be guided by honesty, awareness and humanity in the service. But the reality is different. Our services here are not getting the desired service, but in many cases they are being harassed and suffering. In this context, the importance of International Public Service Day in our country is of great importance. According to the decision of the UN General Assembly, on 23 June, the International Public Service Day was declared as International Public Service Day. This day has been officially celebrated in Bangladesh since the 2010st. The As the information technology facilities are moving to the remote village level, they are able to get the desired services easily and in a very short time by contacting the Government Service Organization. The administration or the public administration for the people is not a new term, it has been inserted in our constitution from the beginning. Article 2001 (2) of the Constitution states "It is the responsibility of every employee employed in the act of the Republic" to always try to serve the people ". In the constitution, the people are called the source of all power ". The basic rights of the citizen have been preserved in the constitution. There is also a ban on enacting against fundamental rights. That is, the constitution of Bangladesh is completely for the people for the welfare of the people. Even so far in Bangladesh, the law, rules, circular, notifications, ordinances have been issued or the beginning of all is written "It has been issued in the public interest". The government is working in line with the concept of modern welfare state. The government means the Prime Minister to include the lowest level employees. Even the President can be regarded as the main servant of the people of the country. To ensure the services of the people, the government is building new ministries, departments if necessary. Each ministry and department are somehow working on any specific services for the public. From the ministry, the district, district, upazila, union and even the village level public service units have gone. In fact, service is now at the doorstep of the public. Apart from our economic prosperity, government facilities have increased a lot. Hundreds of programs are taken under social security enclosures which are unique worldwide. The development of the infrastructure and living standards of the marginalized population is possible by properly applying the assistance that is being provided every year. In each upazila, the amount of elderly allowance, widow allowance, freedom fighter allowance, maternity allowance, education allowance, paralysis allowance is given properly, none of the helpless people should be excluded. And we are also living within this society. Relatives often complain about harassment to receive friends and friend services. I try to solve the call in the respective office, many times I fail again. If someone does not want to listen easily, what or what to do? Can you say, there are many means of citizenship protection, through it the remedy? Although the matter is far -fetched, it is a lot of irony. There was no protection for the complainant if the complaint filed a complaint. That is, going to the authorities repeatedly, if he was released in person, he was released in person, but "I was secretly ate, or 'I did not know, nobody knew, no one must know, many were satisfied with the theory. Some rescue work on challenges again. In this case, there is a danger if there is no strong support behind.

  In receiving the service or the exploration of the employee, it is still known as a culture. There is a conventional, no work in the office without money or plan. This may not be correct in many cases. It depends on the employee's personal integrity and concentration, responsibility and devotion to the work. Getting the service or a loud service, it cannot be a standard of service. When a serviceman appealed to the authorities concerned to receive his expected services, and if the authority verifies the application, then we can only say that the service is confirmed by the service candidate in accordance with the desired service law. This will definitely be a consideration of time-caust-visits (TCV). The low visits to the service donor, the less the time spent will be low and the service delivery on the minimum cost, will only be the standard for the service. Personal experience or the victims say the writing of the writing will only increase. I didn't go anymore. In fact, we hear from the face of Amazon who is serving or taking on, which is not a good thing to be a conscious patriotic citizen. If we have a point conscience, if we think that providing specific services as an employee of the Republic, my power and duty, all things are resolved here. But whenever we are overwhelmed to get rich overnight in the pursuit of Ripur, the danger arises, the danger is immediately. Government employees are a man. The inherent instinct of human beings is that of virtue in virtue and addiction to sin. The devil always promises it by relying on people. It is important to awaken the awareness and responsibility of the people of all classes of society to ensure service and receipt. The number of service candidates is a thousand or millions of times than donors. For example, if you talk about a union land office. There is a union land assistant officer. The population in a union is forty -five thousand or more. If an officer there is harassing the people in the service of the land and trying to work in exchange for excitement, and if forty thousand people in the union oppose him, will that employee have any possible irregularities and corruption shelter! There is no shortage of leaders, powerful and responsible people in a union. The same examples apply to the upazila and district.  

> Three things are very important in providing services:-

* Honesty: Every worker should be honest in the service. Serve false or exaggerated information or should not be involved in any kind of corruption.

* Awareness: _ Each employee should be aware of the quality of his service and to try to improve the quality of service. At the same time, awareness of the quality of service needs to be raised.

* Humanity: _ It is important to maintain humanity in service. Service should be sympathetic to the recipients and try to solve their problems sincerely. If these three things are confirmed, the quality of service will improve and the people will benefit. 

Finally, the services that are providing to the people in our country, the services of the people in our country, are not satisfactory. Most of the employees of the government organization, especially the employees, are not providing expected services to the people. In many cases, people are being served with bribe or any other benefit. In many offices, people are not getting bribes. But according to our constitution, government employees are obliged to provide expected services to the people in every government office. The government is giving them salary allowance for this. And this salary allowance is being paid from the general public tax. The present government is constantly increasing the salary allowance and other facilities for government employees. Even then the situation is not improving. Rather, the bribe levels of corrupt officers have increased due to the increase in salary and allowances. Moreover, there are many government offices in this country, where people do not want to go for fear of harassment. Although not pouring in the private sector, people do not get expected services in many offices and establishments.

It is the responsibility of the employees employed in different offices to make various public -oriented initiatives of the government. But due to their neglect and corruption, many good initiatives of the government are failing. Therefore, the employees of the Republic have to be responsible for the service of service. Government services have to be made public. For this, a bridge should be constructed between the people and the government officials. Various development activities of the government have been visible to the world. We are now upgraded to middle income countries. In this context, the quality of public service in the government offices and institutions will rise to the international level, which is the expectation of all. Not just Toshamodi, not just sleeping with the rabbit, not sleeping with it, not having the power for power or sitting in the chair, not having the eyes of the ostrich, but the False Service, excluding the problem and the hypocrisy, identifying the problem in terms of realityWill bring goodness.Not just the expectations of the day, everyone works for the present and the future.
