Human chain demanding withdrawal of 'harassment' case against Chhatra Dal leader in Chuadanga

A human chain was held demanding withdrawal of the 'harassment' murder case against Chuadanga District Chhatra Dal Vice President Tariqul Islam.
The human chain was held at Jibannagar bus stand on Wednesday noon at the initiative of Jibannagar Upazila, Municipal and College Chhatra Dal.
The speakers in the human chain said that a case has been filed against Chuadanga District Chhatra Dal Vice President Tariqul Islam of the police station over the death of Bilpab Hossain Waz of Simanta Union of Jibannagar Upazila on March 17. This is a planned case.
It is not yet known whether Bilpab's death was due to a road accident or whether Biplob was killed. However, a group has filed a false case in his name to harass the District Chhatra Dal Vice President. We are demanding withdrawal of the harassment case against the District Chhatra Dal Vice President.
The speakers in the human chain also said, we want a fair investigation into the incident. If anyone is found guilty in the investigation, we demand his hanging. However, we demand that no one be harassed.
Banka Union Chhatra Dal President Toufiq Islam, Ward No. 5 Chhatra Dal Organizing Secretary and Jibannagar Degree College Chhatra Dal President candidate Imran Hossain Farhad, Simanto Union Chhatra Dal Vice President Shamim Hossain, Jibannagar Municipality Chhatra Dal leader Almas Anan, among others were present.
