Barguna District Police monthly welfare meeting , crime review meeting held

A monthly welfare and crime review meeting was held at the drill shed of Barguna District Police Lines under the chairmanship of Barguna District Superintendent of Police Mr. Md. Qudrat-e-Khuda, PPM-Service on Tuesday.
The meeting was attended by Md. Tariqul Islam Masud, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Amatoli Circle), along with in-charges and police members from all the police stations, courts, outposts, investigation centers, traffic and police lines of the district.
Many of the members present at the meeting raised their problems and provided solutions. In his closing remarks, the District Superintendent of Police provided various valuable guidelines for the proper implementation of the dos and don'ts of the police.
In the meeting, the Superintendent of Police gave detailed guidelines to improve the quality of case investigation, arrest warrants, recovery of drugs and illegal weapons and other illegal items and to improve the quality of police services.
Besides, the Superintendent of Police gave monetary awards to officers in various categories for recovering illegal drugs, detecting clues and important cases, arresting warranted accused and considering overall performance in the past month.
