BNP holds protest rally in Kaliganj

The BNP held a protest rally in Kaliganj, Jhenaidah, condemning the anarchy, terrorism, and lawlessness of the banned Awami League, as well as its alleged attempts to disrupt the current government’s development activities.
On Saturday at around 5:00 PM, the rally organized by the Kaliganj Upazila and Poura (Municipal) BNP was brought out from the party office. The procession paraded through the main roads of the town and concluded at the Kalibari intersection, where a brief discussion meeting was held.
Former Senior Joint Convener of Kaliganj Upazila BNP, Hamidul Islam Hamid, presided over the meeting. President of Jhenaidah District BNP, Advocate M. A. Mazid, attended as the chief guest. Special guests included former Upazila BNP Joint Conveners Nurul Islam Chairman and Tabi Bur Rahman Mini; District BNP Office Secretary Bappi; District Jubo Dal General Secretary Ashrafuzzaman Pintu; as well as Harun Molla, Abul Kalam Azad, Ilias Rahman Mithu, Babul Akhter, Sohrab Hossain Raju, Jumar Tali Jumma, Golam Rabbani, Mozammel Haque, AHM Alim, Aftab Ahmed, Mahbubur Rahman Milon, and Ashrafuzzaman Roni, among others.
chief guest, Adv M. A. Mazid said, everyone must play a responsible role to maintain peace, stability, and a democratic environment in the country. He emphasized that the public will not accept any attempts to disrupt normal conditions through anarchy, violence, or chaos.
Hamidul Islam Hamid declared that BNP leaders and activists will stand united against any misdeeds aimed at hindering normal life and development progress.
