SUST Press Club Unveils Bangla Calendar

Shahjalal University Press Club, an organization of journalists working at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, unveiled the Bangla calendar 1432 on the occasion of the Bangla New Year. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury, the chief guest of
the event, unveiled the calendar. The university Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Sajedul Karim, Treasurer,
Professor Dr. Md. Ismail Hossain, Director of Student Counselling and Guidance, Professor Dr. Md. Ashaqe Mia, Proctor, Professor Md. Mokhlesur Rahman and Acting Registrar, Syed Salim Mohammad Abdul Qadir, were present as special
guests at the event. The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Press Club President Jubiadul Haque Robin and moderated by General Secretary Naeem Ahmed Shuvo. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury said the journalists of SUST Press Club are playing an important role in the overall development of
the campus. The reputation of the university is spreading at home and abroad through the writings of journalists. I believe that the activities of journalists will continue in the future by providing true and accurate information for the
development of the university.
