People want govt intervention on Palestine issue: Abu Naser Rahmatullah

Abu Naser Md. Rahmatullah, Member of the BNP’s National Executive Committee, has said that the people of Bangladesh want direct intervention from the government in response to the barbaric attacks in Palestine.
He stated that remaining silent as conscious human beings during the unimaginable humanitarian crisis caused by Israel’s brutal attacks in Palestine would be an insult to humanity.Speaking at a rally held during an hour-long human chain protest organized by the Barishal branch of the Swadhinata Forum on Saturday at around 11:30 AM in front of Ashwini Kumar Town Hall in Barishal city.
He further said, BNP is a political party that believes in peace, not conflict. At the same time, they have a firm stance in support of oppressed and rights-deprived people.
He added that the world community should now come together to put an end to this cruel and demonic destruction through collective protests. At the same time, the people of Bangladesh hope that the current interim government will intervene directly.Abu Naser Md. Rahmatullah further said that as soldiers of martyr President Ziaur Rahman and BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman, they strongly condemn these attacks.
They also seek a resolution through international discussions to end the brutal attacks in Palestine.
