Khulna District AL Vice President Mujibur Rahman arrested

Khulna Metropolitan Detective Branch (DB) has arrested Khulna District Awami League Senior Vice President Advocate MM Mujibur Rahman (70).
He was arrested from the city's Moylapota More area around 4:30 pm on Tuesday. A senior DB official said on condition of anonymity that he is accused of destabilizing the country by holding a procession on Sunday. He is also accused of sabotage. He was the commander of the Khulna District Muktijoddha Sangsad.
He was the president of the Khulna District Lawyers Association. After the arrest, he is being questioned at the DB office.
