Chief Adviser himself does not want election : Asadul Habib Dulu

Asadul Habib Dulu, Rangpur Divisional Organizational Secretary of the BNP Central Executive Committee, President of Lalmonirhat District BNP, and former Deputy Minister, said that people across the country are eagerly waiting for elections.

Only the interim government’s Chief Adviser , Dr. Yunus, does not want an election. If the election is not announced by December as declared by Tarique Rahman, there will be no difference between the interim government and the fascist Sheikh Hasina government. Just as the Sheikh Hasina government fled, if elections are not held by December, this government will face the same fate.
He made these remarks on Saturday during the biennial conference of the Aditmari Upazila BNP. The biennial conference and council session began around 12 PM at the Aditmari Upazila Auditorium.
He further said in his speech that if the election is delayed by listening to some insignificant political parties, the situation will be like that of Sheikh Hasina. You will give ports, you will give corridors—this is not your responsibility. This is the responsibility of the elected government. The people will give the mandate to those who will run the state, and they will govern the country.
The conference was presided over by Upazila BNP Convener Aminul Islam. Among others, District BNP Vice-President Roknuddin Babul, Vice-President Rafiqul Islam, Joint General Secretary Mominul Haque, and Organizational Secretary Afzal Hossain spoke.
