Most parents want to enroll their children in a good school from an early age, transitioning to a good secondary and higher secondary institution. Some want their child to become a doctor engineer, some hope that their child will work in BCS cadre or a big post.

For this reason, apart from schools and colleges, private tutors and coaching are arranged at home from childhood. But what is not important to the parents is the right plan to make the child a good person and accordingly teach him from childhood. Moral degradation of students is being discussed in our society. Also there is no end to the complaints of the parents about the various issues of the children. But many parents do not want to understand that their children do not listen to the parents are more responsible! Parents want to see their children as success people, but subconsciously skip the necessary steps!

It is said that the family plays an important role in creating the moral foundation of a person or becoming an ideal person. However, many students in our country suffer from bad parenting or bad teaching from a young age, which affects their later life. And from these thoughts, a young man, his name is Ali Adnan, is working to create ideal people.

Ali Adnan, has been working on parenting for the past four years. He has conducted more than 50 online and offline seminars on this topic. In 2022, he wrote a Bengali book titled "The Art of Parenting" which discusses the challenges of modern parenting and its solutions.

He served as Vice-Principal of Satkhira Public School and College from 2019 to 2022. He also established an exceptional pre-school named "Anand Pathshala", where he introduced a subject called "Shuddah Manus". Its main goal is to increase good parenting practices among parents and make children good human beings.

He is the co-founder of a popular online learning platform called "Mozaru", where he has created various parenting videos. About 5 to 7 lakh viewers have seen his content regularly. Besides, he is serving as the CEO of an organization called "Jatna Gori", through which he has given online training to around 400 parents on smart parenting. Currently he wants to "make the child a pure person?" Naam is going to publish the first Positive Parenting Handbook in Bengali language.

Ali Adnan has already started to get the benefits of his hard work even though he initially started as a pilot program. According to Ali Adnan, by making the parents aware of the impact on their children. Positive parenting encourages children's strengths rather than punishing them for their weaknesses. If the child does something wrong, he is punished through a creative act without fearing him.

Through positive parenting, morality, cooperation, empathy, sharing can be taught to the child from an early age. which affects their transitional life. According to Ali Adnan, practical education is very important for children along with academic education. Since children and adolescents learn morals from their families, families should provide proper education to their children. Where things like positive parenting are very important. Positive parenting is not much discussed in a country like ours, but it is time to give importance to this issue.

The time has come to make the parents aware that it is not only success to make the child first in the class, but it is more important to make the child a good person with ideals and morals through positive parenting.
