Prof Atiqul Islam appointed NSU VC for 3rd term

Prof Dr Atiqul Islam has been appointed for his third term as the Vice Chancellor of North South University (NSU).
The President and Chancellor of the university appointed him for the position for the next four years.
The Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education issued an order reinstating him on Sunday (3 March).
The order, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the Private University Act, 2010, states that with the approval of the President and Chancellor, Prof Dr Atiqul Islam has been reappointed as the Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the North South University for four years, extending his previous tenure.
His term will continue until February 22, 2028. The President and also Chancellor, however, retains the authority to revoke the appointment order if needed.
