Prayer for rain Shibganj

People are suffering in severe heat. Devout worshipers of Bhabanipur area of Syedpur Union of Shibganj Upazila of Bogura offered Istiska prayers expecting rain in intense heat.
The local worshipers organized this prayer under the open sky in Bhawanipur mosque premises around 9 o'clock in the morning on Thursday.
About a hundred devotees participated in it in different areas. Former Member of Parliament Maulana Shahaduzzaman led the prayers.
After the prayer, a special prayer is offered in the hope of rain. Meanwhile, the worshipers cried and prayed for rain.
Locals said that due to lack of rain, people's lives are miserable, canals, rivers and canals have dried up. Agriculture is also severely disrupted due to lack of water.
Field crops are getting damaged. That's why the local people organize prayer and supplication in the open field, asking for rain in the court of Allah Ta'ala.
