Prayer for rain held in Rangpur

To get relief from the scorching heat and for seeking rain 'Istisqa Prayer’ was held in the premises of Rangpur Al-Hera Institute at 09:30 am on Thursday.
A large number of religious people attended the prayer.
Before the prayer a short discussion event happened.
The Vice Principal of Mekura Fazil Madrasha of Rangpur Mawlana ATM Azom Khan presided over the event.
The religious leaders from various areas of Rangpur spoke on the occasion. In their speeches, the speakers said that this unbearable heat wave and the rainless position are from Almighty Allah and only Allah can save the man from this calamity. So, they whole-heartedly requested the audiences to pray to Allah.
The Chairman of the managing committee of Al-Hera Institute Abdus Sattar Shah, Principal Nazrul Islam Siddiqui, Fakih Azizul Islam, Community leaders Anwarul Islam, Shahjahan Siraj, Anwarul Haque Kazol, and others were also present on the occasion.
