Old woman's body found in Cumilla

The decapitated body of a woman was found at Muradnagar upazila in Cumilla Police recovered the body from his house on Tuesday night .
The deceased was identified as Mamtaz (60) wife of late Mofiz Uddin of Nayakandi village in Darrow union of the upazila. No one was arrested in the incident.
According to police and local sources, the old woman has four sons and three daughters. Among them three sons are expatriates and one son lives in Dhaka and three daughters are married.
He lived alone in his house. He walks out of the house in the morning like every day. Today, without seeing her, a person from the next house went to her house to look for her and saw that Mumtaz was later strangled. Neighbors gathered around the noise of the neighbor and informed the police. Upon receiving the news, the police recovered his body and brought it to the police station.
At that time all the belongings of old Mumtaz's house were fine but the neighbors could not see the thick gold chain around her neck. Some have speculated that Mumtaz may have identified the burglar as a burglar.
Nazrul Islam, the eldest son of the slain old woman, said, "I have a problem with my uncle and cousin regarding land and house." Moreover, when the police came to the house to take my mother's body, they covered her body. Our suspicions are getting stronger.
Muradnagar Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abul Hasim said, "Initially, I am of the opinion that Mumtaz was strangled and strangled to death." Hopefully I will be able to unravel the mystery of the murder soon.
