Livestock Service Week and exhibition was held at Morelganj in Bagerhat.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer SM Tarek Sultan inaugurated the one-day exhibition at around 11 o'clock on Thursday.
District Animal Resources Officer Mohammad Shaheb Ali was the main speaker and Animal Resources Extension Officer Sharmila Islam gave the welcome speech.Farmers have arranged 30 stalls with advanced breeds of cows, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, pigeons, rabbits, biogas plant, silage, cream separator machine, dairy products, different types of grass and cattle fodder in this year's exhibition held at the animal resource office premises.
Apart from this, in order to make the farmers aware, different types of medicines used in the treatment of animal resources were also exhibited.
