 Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rangpur District and Metropolitan Branch organized separate human chains in Rangpur city area such as Modern Crossroads , in front of Lalbagh Hat, Shapla Chattar, Kachhari Bazar, DC Crossroads, Dhap, Medical Crossroads and CO Bazar areas, demanding free and fair national elections by next February under the PR system based on the July Charter on Tuesday morning. 

At the rally organized for the implementation of the July National Charter and elections in February based on the PR system, including 5-point demands, the speaker said that the oppression, torture, genocide and corruption of the previous fascist government must be visibly judged before the elections. Separate rallies were held in those areas at that time. The gathering was held in front of the Deputy Commissioner's office in Kachhari Bazar area under the chairmanship of Maulana ATM Azam Khan, a member of the Central Majlish-e-Shura of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, a Jamaat-e-Islami nominated MP candidate from Rangpur-4 Kaunia-Pirgachha constituency and the Ameer of Rangpur Metropolitan Branch. The chief guest was Professor Mahbubur Rahman Belal, a member of the Central Working Committee of Jamaat-e-Islami and a member of the Rangpur-Dinajpur regional team and a Jamaat-e-Islami nominated MP candidate from Rangpur-3 Sadar constituency. 

The speakers were Prof  Golam Rabbani, Rangpur District Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islam and Jamaat-nominated MP candidate from Rangpur-5 Mithapukur constituency, Professor Anwarul Islam, Jamaat-nominated MP candidate from Kurigram-1 Nageshwari-Bhurungamari constituency and regional team member, Maulana Nurul Amin, Rangpur-6 Pirganj constituency and district working council member, Maulana Enamul Haque, Jamaat's Rangpur Metropolitan Secretary Anwarul Islam  Kajal, Jamaat-e-Islam's Rangpur Metropolitan Assistant Secretaries and Jamaat-nominated MP candidate from Rangpur-1 Gangachara-Sadar partial constituency, Raihan Siraji and Jamaat leader Al Amin Hasan, Rangpur Metropolitan President of the Sharamik Kollayan Federation Advocate Kawsar Ali, Kotwali Thana Ameer Maulana Golam Kibria, Ameer of Professional Organizational  Thana -2 Professor Golam Mostafa, Ameer of Parashuram Thana Advocate Mahbub Alam, Ameer of Mahiganj Thana  Mohammad Mohsin Ali, Ameer of Hazirhat Thana Belal Hossain, Ameer of Tajhat Thana  Advocate Rabiul Islam, Ameer of Sadar Upazila Maulana Mazaharul Islam, Metropolitan Executive Council Member Maulana Shahjahan Siraj, among others, were present and spoke.
