Allegations of irregularities and corruption against Faruq Hossain, Assistant Headmaster of Ashwadia School and College in Noakhali Sadar, have been alleged.

Misappropriation of school funds, illegal recruitment and bad proposals to female students are widely alleged against him.

It is learnt that during the Awami League government, the assistant head teacher (Md Faruk Hossain) was illegally appointed with the blessing of the ruling party MP (Ekramul Karim Chowdhury).

Under the influence of power, the students of the institution are harassed in various ways, eve teasing illegal money collection and students are denied from giving lessons. Teacher Faruk Hossain has a character problem, he sometimes made bad comments to female students directly on WhatsApp or Messenger.

He illegally became the assistant head of full party political considerations. Inspite of being an illegal Assistant Head, he threatened to dismiss the existing Headmaster/Principal for more than 20 years with a completely ridiculous notice and claimed himself as the Acting Headmaster. He is not giving the classes scheduled to the students. Behaves rudely with teachers and students.

At different times, they collect money by backmailing in the name of passing the practical marks or final exam. They try to suppress the teachers by threatening them in various ways. During the anti-discrimination student movement, he took the side of the fascists and gave a status on Facebook threatening the students and teachers who participated in the movement.

During the election of the governing body of the institution, he gave his own panel and carried out extensive campaign on behalf of the teachers and parent members outside the rules and created division in the institution. Embezzled the money of the organization in various ways.

He is busy talking on his mobile phone instead of paying attention to teaching in the class. If he doesn't read private, he fails. Come to the institution and leave after a while. Sitting in the office instead of going to various classes including the eighth class. They misbehave with female students when they call them in class. He threatened the students by showing political influence. Behaving rudely with other teachers in front of the students.

Due to his irregularities and corruption, the teachers and students of the institution and the leaders of the anti-discrimination student movement started a protest in front of the school and college at 12 noon on November 10 at 12 noon by placing posters, Pashtuns and banners to demand his expulsion.
