Fire breaks out in train at Kamlapur

Fire broke out at the power car of a train at Kamlapur Railway Station on Saturday.
However, none was injured in the fire.
The fire broke out at 3:00pm at Chattala Express train.
Kamlapur Railway Station sources said the fire broke out at the power car (electricity generating room) from sparkling. However, the fire was doused within a short time. Arrival and departure of trains at and from Kamlapur Railway Station have remained normal.
The Fire Service's central control room's in-charge confirmed about the fire saying that two fire fighting units rushed to the spot receiving the information about the fire. However, the fire was doused before they reached the spot.
