Film screening and quiz competition titled 'Let's hear the story of liberation' held

A film screening and quiz competition titled 'Let's listen to the story of the liberation war' was held in the hall of Madinatul Uloom Kamil Madrasa in Rajshahi city on Tuesday. Rajshahi District Information Office organized this event.
Bir Muktijoddha, co-organizing secretary of Central Committee Sector Commanders Forum-Muktijudda'71, said in the event. Abul Hasan Khandkar as the main speaker presented his real experience of the liberation war to the students.
Abul Hasan Khandkar said, this country is the result of many sacrifices of freedom fighters. Now we have to continue the progress of development with the joint efforts of all, everyone has to work for the country motivated by patriotism.
Principal of Madinatul Uloom Kamil Madrasah Md. Moqaddasul Islam presided over the event and District Information Office Director Mohd. Farhad Hossain spoke as the chief guest. Madrasah founding member Hasmatullah Mool and Assistant Professor of Islamic History and Culture Md. Abdul Halim were present as special guests. Nafeala Nasreen, Deputy Director of District Information Office gave a welcome speech at this time.
The speakers in their speeches emphasized on knowing the correct history of the liberation war and presenting it.
In the beginning of the program, screening of films related to the Liberation War and quiz competition were organized. At the end of the event, the guests gave away prizes to the winners of the quiz competition.
