Feni Jamaat Ameer Mufti Hannan takes oath

Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Maulana ATM Machum said that in the Awami regime, we had to take oath virtually and now the names of all the ameers elected by the votes of Jamaat-e-Islami's brothers and sisters have already been announced by Ameer Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman.
He himself is taking the oath. His political representatives are also taking the oath. Ameer Jamaat has decided to go to district and district to take oath in the changed situation.
He said this during the swearing-in ceremony of the newly- elected Ameer Mufti Abdul Hannan of Jamaat-e-Islami's Feni district branch on Monday afternoon in the president's speech.
Former District Amir Prof. Liaqat Ali Bhuiyan, newly former District Amir AKM Shamshuddin, Comilla Region Team Member Nazrul Islam Khadem and Maulana Alauddin spoke at the Rukon conference at Al-Jamayatul Falahia Kamil Madrasa ground in the city.
ATM Machum also said, "Jamaate-e-Islami is an ideological political party established in Bangladesh. Jamaat-e-Islami is being reorganized all over the country. In this context of new changes in the country, after long oppression, we have to move forward in the present time.
Keeping that requirement in mind, Jamaat-e-Islami has taken initiatives to reorganize at metropolitan and district levels across the country. There is work to be done on a large scale for the nation.”
