Father, son killed in Satkhira road mishsp

A father and son were killed in a collision between a motorcycle and a trolley at Agardari in Satkhira Sadar.
The accident took place on the west side of Agardari Madrasa on the Kadamtala-Baikari road around 10:30 pm on Thursday (April 25). The deceased are Hafizur Rahman Bulu (65) and his son Abdul Aziz (25) of Baikari village.
Locals said that Hafizur Rahman Bulu of Baikari area and his son Abdul Aziz were going to their home from Dhaka on a motorcycle around 10:30 pm on Thursday.
On reaching in front of Agardari Madrasa on Kadamtala-Baikari road, the father and son were killed on the spot in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a trolley. The stricken trolley lost control and fell into a nearby ditch and the driver managed to escape.
Satkhira Sadar police station officer in charge Md. Mohidul Islam confirmed the matter and said that the dead bodies were recovered and sent to Satkhira Sadar Hospital morgue. Legal action will be taken later.
