DU VC Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan visits Jagannath Hall Puja mandap

Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan visited the Puja mandap of Jagannath Hall of Sharidiya Durga Utsav on Saturday evening and unveiled the souvenirs published on the occasion of Puja.
Meanwhile, Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Edn ) Prof Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) Prof. Dr. Saima Haque Bidisha, Treasurer Prof. Dr. Mohammad Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Proctor Associate Professor Saifuddin Ahmad, Jagannath Hall Public Puja Celebration Committee President and Hall Principal Debashish Pal, Hall resident faculty members and Proctorial team members were present.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Khan congratulated the people of Sanatan religion on Sharidiya Durgotsav. He said, Dhaka University is an institution of passion of people of all classes and professions of the country. The social responsibility of this university is very high. Keeping these issues in front, the current administration is working. He thanked all concerned for organizing Sharidiya Durgotsav in a fair, peaceful and orderly environment.
The Vice-Chancellor wished everyone happiness, peace and well-being and said that everyone should work unitedly to create a safe and discrimination-free new Bangladesh.
