The Cotton Group, parent company of the Belgiam customizable apparel brand B&C, in collaboration with SP Group, has launched a major CSR initiative to support workers and their families.
As part of the program, The Cotton Group distributed free grocery baskets to all 4,300
employees of its business partner AMC Knit Composite Ltd. under the initiative
"Together We Thrive." Each basket contained essential items such as rice, lentils,
cooking oil, and wheat-aimed at easing the burden of rising living costs for workers.
On the same day, The Cotton Group extended its support to Baniarchala Model
Academy, a school located near AMC Knit Composite Ltd.
The school serves 279 students, of which 123 are children of AMC Knit Composite's employees. Under its CSR initiative "Education Project 2025," The Cotton Group contributed significantly to the school's development, including installation of solar panels and
A RO filtration system for pure drinking water Construction of new toilets for students,
establishment of a computer lab, science lab, and library provision of ceiling fans, notebooks, and pens workers expressed great appreciation for the grocery support, while students and
parents welcomed the improved educational facilities with joy.
