Various allegations are being made indiscriminately against any judge based on personal grudges without any investigation or inquiry.

In a press release sent to the media on Tuesday (September 3), the Bangladesh Judicial Service Association, an organization of subordinate court judges, made the complaint.

In the circular signed by Zakir Hossain (Galib) and General Secretary Mohammad Farooq, it is said that, in the current context, Bangladesh Judicial Service Association has been observing that various parties and groups are treating judges in various places across the country in a discourteous and unintended manner.

In some cases, various allegations are being made indiscriminately against any judge based on personal grudges without any investigation or investigation.

It is said that in the current context of the country, it is everyone's responsibility to protect the environment in which judges can work independently. But it is very sad to see that some places in the country are trying to take orders by applying pressure on the judge. Which is by no means desirable. Bangladesh Judicial Service Association condemns this.

The circular also said that to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future, the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court has issued necessary instructions and requested to take legal action against those responsible in case of recurrence of such incidents.

The organization called upon all concerned to assist the judiciary in establishing the rule of law and justice by building an independent judicial system that is people-friendly and trustworthy.
