Agriculture officer dies in Bauphal road accident

An agriculture officer named Milan Howlader (30) died in a road accident in Bauphal, Patuakhali.
The incident took place at around 7 am on Sunday in the Bhuban Sahar Kachari area of Sadar Upazila.
The deceased Milan Howlader was the deputy assistant agriculture officer of Mehendiganj Upazila of Barishal. He is the son of Shahabuddin Howlader, a former member of Indrakul village of Suryamoni Union of Bauphal Upazila. According to relevant sources, Milan was going to work in a CNG-powered vehicle on Sunday morning.
When he collided head-on with an ambulance coming from the opposite direction at the scene, a part of the CNG was twisted and twisted. During this, Milan was seriously injured. He was immediately taken to Bauphal Health Complex, where the on-duty doctor Mirajul Islam declared Milan Howlader dead.
Milon joined his first job as a Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer in 2018. He has a wife and a 3-year-old daughter. Milon's untimely death has cast a shadow of grief over the area. Bauphal Police Station OC Kamal Hossain confirmed the matter and said that the ambulance and CNG driver had fled.
Since the deceased's family did not file any complaint with the police station, the body has been handed over to the family for burial.
